At Australian Recruitment Consultants we provide our clients with a number of employment services. Whether you are after a Temporary/Casual/Contract staffing solution or a Full Time employee ARC has the expertise to find the right person for you.
Temporary/Casual Staffing Solutions:
With most businesses today, there is a need to keep the fixed costs down as much as possible. This means that when a business gets busier there may be a need for short term labour, this is where ARC can help. We have over 25 years of experience in employing and placing staff and can take the time consuming hassle out of filling these short term roles.
We ‘hire’ staff to companies and ARC is responsible for pay rolling those people and all of their employment on costs (i.e. Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, PAYG, Payment Summaries etc). All our client receives is an invoice for the hours our staff has worked each week and we take care of the rest.
Permanent Appointments:
Why would you want the hassle of trying to recruit someone yourself when you can have a recruitment expert look after you. ARC has, and continues to, refine the processes and methods we use to recruit staff and unless you recruit staff regularly you will more than likely waste a lot of your own time and resources trying to find the right person. Our methodology is broadly based around the following process:
- Face to Face meeting with our client to take a detailed job description
- Agree to written Job Specification
- Search our own extensive database
- Advertise in appropriate media (internet, newspapers)
- Targeted selection / behavioural interviewing of candidates
- Thorough reference checking
- Provide final shortlist to client
There are a number of client specific things we carry out during the interview process such as: Police Checks, Psychological and Aptitude Testing, Medicals etc. ARC can tailor the recruitment process to suit our client’s needs!
