What is Group Training?

Group Training is an arrangement whereby prospective trainees, of any age, are employed under a government auspiced vocational education and training contract by a Group Training organisation.  As a Group Training organisation we manage the quality of the training and provide pastoral care and counselling services whilst they are placed with host employers.

The trainee gains valuable experience and recognition of competencies under a formal training arrangement.

The training and assessment of competencies is done on-the-job with little, if any, downtime.  The trainee then achieves a nationally accredited AQTF Level II, III or IV qualification in their chosen calling, i.e. Certificate II in Transport and Distribution, Certificate III in Business, Certificate IV Business (Frontline Management) etc.

Vocations under which a trainee or apprentice are unlimited and provide your business with flexibility and a dedicated worker.  We only ask one week's notice to relocate to a new Host Employer.

You do not pay for annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, workers compensation, payroll tax or other statutory on costs!
